Caring for the space
These terms form part of every rental agreement — they keep the gallery ready for the shows that follow.
Respect for the space
- We kindly ask that the gallery space be treated with care — please avoid damaging walls, floors, and fixtures.
- Any installation methods should be discussed in advance.
- The space should be returned in the condition it was received.
Event conduct
- The renter is responsible for guests and vendors.
- Events should be conducted in a respectful and professional manner.
- SV Gallery reserves the right to intervene if an activity seriously disrupts safety or property.
Damage & liability
- The renter is responsible for any damage to walls, floors, lighting, fixtures, or equipment during the rental period.
- No drilling, painting, strong adhesives, or structural changes without written approval.
- The renter assumes full responsibility for guests, staff, and vendors.
Setup & timing
- Setup and dismantling must take place within the agreed rental period.
- If additional time is required, arrangements can be discussed in advance.
Branding & promotion
- If using SV Gallery's name or logo in promotions, please ensure it represents the gallery appropriately.
Cleanliness
- Please ensure all personal items and decorations are removed after the event.
- Basic cleaning should be completed before departure.
Safety
- Emergency exits must remain accessible.
- Electrical equipment and installations should be safe and appropriate for indoor gallery use.
